Adler School President Raymond Crossman, Ph.D. and colleagues across the country united as LGBTQ Presidents in Higher Education have announced a June 2015 conference coinciding with Chicago's Pride Weekend for LGBTQ academics who want to climb the college leadership ladder.

Inside Higher Ed interviewed Dr. Crossman, a co-founder of the organization, about plans for the “LGBTQ Leaders in Higher Education: Shaping Our Futures” conference June 25-28, as well as the glass ceiling that still exists for many aspiring LGBTQ leaders in higher ed.
