Advancing wellness for sexual
orientation and gender variant minorities.
The LGBTQ Mental Health and Inclusion Center is proud to be involved in a number of cross-sector collaboration efforts in various endeavors to improve the quality of life for sexual orientation minorities and gender-variant people. We aim to help provide a seamless transition of academic scholarship and research into culturally-competent service delivery methods and systems. We concentrate our advocacy efforts on raising awareness and inclusion of the LGBTQ community’s most underserved and underrepresented groups.
Some of our cross-sector collaboration partners are:
- Valeo Program at Chicago Lakeshore Hospital
- Chicago Behavioral Health Training Consortium
