    Yoga will be held in the Wellness Room on the 16th floor. This event is open to all students, faculty, and staff.

    Andrea DiRosa provides a mid-week energy boost. This fun and easy to follow cardio dance class combines high-energy and motivating Latin music with unique moves and combinations that make you forget you’re working out.

    Zumba will be held in the Wellness Room on the 16th floor. This event is open to all students, faculty, and staff.

    Mark Lecker teaches participants how to be safe in an urban environment. He focuses on protecting yourself using a combination of targeted punches and kicks through a variety of martial arts movements. His practice is defensive not offensive. Mark teaches maneuvers, which will keep you out of harm’s way by blocking an attacker.

    Self-defense will be held in the Wellness Room on the 16th floor. This event is open to all students, faculty, and staff.
